Music (K-Pop), Movies, Design and Fashion also contribute to the current awareness of everything Korean and the demand for Korean Cuisine has developed in unison.

The unique offering of Korean food is riding high in this cultural shift to ethnic foods with menus that reflects Korea’s rich and distinct style and flavour.  These stand out flavours and the utmost attention to food presentation form the nucleus of Stickbug.  

Our Vision

Founded by Doug Williamson and Jung Moon in Vancouver, Canada in 2016, Stickbug is a fast casual Korean rice and noodle bowl concept serving delicious, nutritious Korean starters, sides, and bowls. Our vision for our shops was to create more than a place where people could get their Korean barbecue fix, we wanted to create an immersive environment; one that celebrates Korean lifestyle, culture, and, of course, delicious food.

Our Menu

Our menu has been carefully and lovingly created to deliver the very best of Korean cuisine, featuring globally popular dishes such as Korean chicken wings, Bulgogi Beef, Gochujang Chicken and the hugely popular and powerfully spicy Buldak (Chicken). Our bowls all feature a complimentary selection of nutritious and delicious vegetables, served over your choice of rice, noodles or salad.
